We don’t blame you! In fact, we’re right there with you! Which is why we have decided to create Sleepaway Camp for Burnt Out Bitches. Living a conscious, passionate life is both fulfilling and exhausting at times. We’re here to remind you it is safe for you to be still.

Now it’s time to pause.

Where to?

Take a break with us in a lucious, green corner of Munds Park, just south of Flagstaff.

The stunning modern luxury cabin we’ve found will transform into your new fave gold-accented, safe haven as we take a step back from leading and allow ourselves to be held for the weekend.

What's the plan?

We’re keeping this retreat workshop-free and gently scheduled. So here's all we have planned:

• Locally-sourced, mouthwatering, nourishing meals & light snacks created by our fave private chef and friend, Elyssa Fornowski of EvolveByLyss
• A gentle hike through the pines
• Individual, personalized 30-minute massage sessions
• Optional arts & crafts and movie nights

That’s it. Seriously! Simple care for your body, heart and soul.

In between, flow through the alarm-clock free with ease. We believe the real magic in this experience lies in deep connection, whether that be within or with like-minded women. Share your stories around the campfire, relax in the hot tub, nurture new friendships under the stars, and laugh your ass off watching your fave movie while you remember the joy of this human experience!

This isn't just about unwinding - it's about slowing down to recharge your badass spirit. At Sleepaway Camp for Burnt Out Bitches you'll discover that burnout isn't the end; it's a catalyst for a fuckin’ beautiful comeback! The truth is, rest does nothing if you have to return to the life that caused you to burnout. While making changes may seem intimidating and take time, you're a fuckin' bad ass! So, we know whatever is activated throughout the weekend will catapult you forward. To better help you integrate, we'll be facilitating a weekly Connection Call for 6 weeks. Discussions and collaboration will continue beyond the 3 days we spend together. This way, we'll all be able to continue growing and expanding in a nurturing container.
